No. You must provide one proof of residency listed on our proof of residency form. It is important that we are able to verify the home address to ensure that we properly record the student's enrollment.
If you do not reside within our district, please feel free to explore our Open Enrollment option. Every effort will be made to expedite your open enrollment application should you choose to fill one out.
Acceptable proofs of residency are:
- a copy of a rental or lease agreement
- a recent utility bill (examples are gas, electric, water, telephone)
- a notarized statement from the owner/renter of the property in which you are living. A copy of an appropriate form letter to use can be downloaded from our documents area.
Please note we cannot accept receipts, envelopes, escrow papers, cell phone bills, checking or savings account statements or any other proof not listed above. If you have questions about acceptable proofs of residency, please contact the district office at (623) 474-6681 or the school your child will attend. We'll be happy to answer your questions.
